Strength & Cardio

Mondays

7:00 - 8:00 pm

Tuesdays/Thursdays

7:45 AM -8:45 AM

8:30-9:30 AM

Just like it sounds - a mix of strength and cardio movements makes up this workout. A demo of each exercise is given, then you get to work!

Coaching and modifications/alternatives are provided, so you're able to get YOUR best workout.

We'll warm-up & cool down and always focus on form to take care of our bodies while we're getting stronger.

Cardio is done as intervals and strength is done using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands.

Just as it says, JUST STRENGTH....so, no traditional cardio here, but your heart will pump with this workout! HOW?

It's just weights, right? Well, if you lift "heavy for you" weights AND work at your challenging pace, this workout will get your heart pumping and will make you need to take breaks. AND that's what we're aiming for!

By the way, we will work on STRENGTH, but we'll also work on balance, posture, and flexibility because that's what is best for our bodies!
